Types of thermotherapy: Hyperthermotherapy and Cryotherapy.

Hyperthermotherapy is heat therapy. It is indicated for reducing pain, body treatments, cellulite, among others, while cryotherapy, on the other hand, uses the therapeutic effect of cold to lower the temperature of body tissues.
